What we supply
- Material: 6063-T5 aluminium alloy (standard) or 6061-T6 (higher strength). To ASTM B221 / EN 755
- Press-locked construction — bearing bars mechanically locked to cross bars. No welding. Clean appearance
- Bearing bars: 25 × 3, 32 × 3, 32 × 5, 40 × 5 mm. I-bar profiles available for further weight reduction
- Bar spacing: 30 mm (pedestrian), 40 mm (light industrial), 60 mm (wide opening). Cross bars at 50 or 100 mm
- Surface: mill finish (natural aluminium), anodised (10–25 µm) or serrated anti-slip
- Panel sizes: up to 1000 mm wide × 6000 mm long. Cut, notched and edge-banded per drawing
- Weight: approximately 1/3 of equivalent steel grating. Non-magnetic and spark-free
