Website content and technical references
Website content, product pages, engineering resources, downloads, and blog articles are provided for general information and pre-quotation reference. They do not replace project-specific engineering review, final drawings, or written commercial confirmation.
RFQ submissions and quotations
- Quotations depend on the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by the customer, including drawings, dimensions, loads, finishes, destination, and documentation requirements
- Prices, lead times, standards basis, coating basis, inspection scope, and packaging assumptions are not binding unless confirmed in a formal written quotation or order documentation
- Any alternatives, exclusions, or deviations stated in a quotation form part of the quotation basis and must be reviewed before order placement
Orders and technical confirmation
Final supply scope is governed by the applicable quotation, order acknowledgment, approved drawings, and any mutually agreed technical clarification. Customers are responsible for reviewing project requirements and confirming that the quoted basis matches intended service conditions and standards.
Downloads and external use
Catalogs, datasheets, load references, and other downloadable materials are provided to support evaluation and procurement planning. They must not be treated as unconditional guarantees for every application without checking span, loading, corrosion environment, fabrication details, and governing project codes.
Limitation of website liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wiberg Metal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website or reliance on website material without project-specific written confirmation. Final rights and obligations are governed by the applicable sales contract or order confirmation.
