What we supply

  • Angle steel frames — L63 × 63 × 6, L75 × 75 × 8, L100 × 100 × 10 mm. S275JR / ASTM A36 / SS400
  • Frames recessed into concrete trench walls. Minimum 25 mm bearing surface for grating covers
  • Cross-members at 600–800 mm centres for trench widths above 600 mm
  • Hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461. Stainless steel 304/316L for corrosive environments
  • Anchor bolt holes pre-drilled or slotted. J-bolts, L-bolts or wedge anchors supplied per project
  • Loading: pedestrian (B125), light vehicle (C250), truck (D400), heavy vehicle (E600) — per EN 124
  • Custom frame dimensions, corner mitre joints and level-adjustment details per your drawing
