What we supply
- Channel steel frames — [120×55, [140×60, [160×65, [180×70, [200×75 mm. S355JR / ASTM A572 Gr.50
- Cross-bracing at 800 mm centres. Vertical stiffener ribs at bearing points for E600 and above
- Single-layer frames for D400. Double-layer frames with stiffeners for E600–F900
- Load classes per EN 124: D400 (40 t axle), E600 (60 t), F900 (90 t)
- Hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461. Minimum 100 µm zinc coating for outdoor and industrial
- Anchor bolt slots or pre-drilled holes. M20–M36 high-strength bolts, ISO 898-1 Grade 10.9
- Frame dimensions, bolt patterns, level-adjustment shims and weld details confirmed per your drawing
