What we supply
- EPDM rubber pads — Shore A 65–75 hardness. UV-stabilised for outdoor exposure. 20+ year design life
- Standard sizes: 300 × 300 mm, 400 × 400 mm, 500 × 500 mm. Thickness: 15–30 mm
- Load capacity per pad: ≥ 450 kg under uniform distribution (confirmed against roof substrate)
- Non-penetrating design — sits directly on TPO, PVC or EPDM roof membranes. No fasteners through the roof
- Optional metal top plate — galvanized steel tray for grating panel seating and alignment
- FM-approved material options available where project specifications require
- Pads supplied with walkway grating package or as separate items for retrofit
