How are dimensional tolerances controlled?
We perform dimensional checks per order requirements and confirm tolerances as quoted.
What is the difference between 19-W-4 and 15-W-2?
19-W-4 has wider bearing bar spacing (30 mm) and 4" cross bar spacing. 15-W-2 has closer spacing (24 mm bearing bars, 2" cross bars) and typically higher load capacity.
How do I choose between galvanized and stainless?
Galvanized for general outdoor/industrial. Stainless for corrosive, chemical, marine, or food-grade environments. See Materials and Finishes.
