- Bearing bars: 50 × 5 through 100 × 10 mm. S355JR / ASTM A572 Gr.50 structural steel
- Spacing: 30 mm or 40 mm. Cross bars at 50 mm or 100 mm. Full-penetration forge welds
- Load classes per EN 124: D400 (forklift, truck), E600 (heavy truck), F900 (container handler)
- Hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461. Stainless 316L for corrosive environments
- Reinforced support frames and high-strength anchors (10.9 grade) required for vehicle-rated installations
