Specifications

  • Serrated bearing bars — saw-tooth notches on the top edge of each load bar. Same construction as welded or press-locked grating
  • Bearing bars: 25 × 5 through 50 × 5 mm (serrations reduce bar depth slightly from plain equivalent)
  • Spacing: 30 mm standard for maximum slip resistance. 40 mm for light-duty
  • Material: carbon steel ASTM A36 / S275JR hot-dip galvanized. Stainless 316L for marine and chemical
  • Applications: offshore platforms, refinery process areas, cooling towers, outdoor walkways, oil-exposed zones
  • Slip resistance meets AS 4586 R12 / EN 13201-4 requirements

  1. Bearing bar size, spacing and cross-rod pitch — or known model designation (e.g. 32 × 5 / 30 mm pitch)
